Payment Methods

Instant Download Purchases

For digital art, files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. These types of purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.

Copyright

These files cannot be shared for free, or resold as a digital download. You cannot resell these designs as original digital artwork, claim as your own or alter these designs. By purchasing this listing, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. Warwick Arts (Tina Rhoads) retains original copyright and ownership of artwork.

Website: Copying and sharing of links to protected Member Site assets, like images and videos is prohibited. Content on this site can’t be used for commercial purposes by others.

Shipping Processing

Warwick Arts uses USPS Priority Mail for all shipping which includes insurance and tracking.

Shipping Processing Time for orders is 1 business day unless it falls on the weekend, then it will be shipped the following Monday.

Order Cancellations

Shop doesn’t accept order cancellations.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure every handcrafted piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of the delivery date by submitting a return request to returns@warwickarts.shop.

  • Customers must provide proof of shipment within this timeframe.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  • Returns must be made by mail to the address provided after submitting a return request.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once the authorized return item is received, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

  • At this time, exchanges are not accepted. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
